Welcome TO THE S30 EXPERIENCE

S30 is the most thrilling group training experience in Australia that promises to leave you completely immersed with every workout, and hungry for more.



With an epic mix of music and movements, S30's ever-evolving, progression-based training features a collection of strength and conditioning hybrid classes. Each class promises to work up a sweat and help you build towards your fitness goals as you power through 30 sets across 18 stations in under 45 minutes.



Each class is custom designed by S30's head coaches using our state-of-the-art training
equipment and our distinct weight-tempo-time technique. Focused on continual progression, our programming is personalised and results-focused to ensure your hit each rep with every bass drop.

Matt Cook (aka Cookie) is your studio manager and coach at 009. Matt has managed and coached at S30 003 in P-town, and has been itching to bring the S30 magic to the east coast. With a strong focus on technique and progression, Matt is looking forward to bringing his personal training experience and keeping you on your toes every session. Kevin grew up in Ireland laying every sport under the sun growing up with a main focus on soccer and Thai Boxing. He lived in Texas for 2 years after college before makng his way to Sydney 6 months ago - and plans on making Aus home. These days you’ll see him focusing on a blend of running, boxing and weightlifting. Fave S30 Jam: DRIP DRIP - it's all about pushing yourself and doing all the things you don’t necessarily want to do. “S30 is the real deal, yes it has low lights and pumping music, yes it has amazing coaches and a great community but most importantly for me it has really nailed the programming and workout structure.
