Conditioning and hybrid sessions

We adopt a strategic approach, tailoring workouts to specific energy systems. S30 periodized programming shifts focus strategically between hypertrophy and enhancing cardiovascular capacity. This targeted variation delivers measurable results, ensuring our members achieve their fitness goals effectively and enjoy an engaging training experience with us.

S30 Programming Committee Meeting

Weekly analysis by the S30 programming team thoroughly reviews  muscle groups and the capacity to which they are worked, to best manage muscle group training frequency and accumulated volume across the week. A forward thinking adaptive programming committee that listens to feedback and adjusts the program to give our members the best outcome.
