December is here and the silly season is in full swing. 

We’re making some questionable choices at the annual Christmas party and we’re psyching ourselves up for the bombardment of “so when are you getting married?” from the relo’s at chrissy day lunches. 

2022 is coming to a close and 2023 is peeping its head over the horizon with promises of new beginnings and resolutions to be broken in the first week. TAKE OFF 2023 is S30’s answer to some NY reso’s and it may be the thing you need to give you that kick up the a$$ that we all sometimes need — it’s taking homie training and personal accountability to the next level. More on this in the coming weeks.

Our S30 programming is in its deload phase, getting us prepped and primed to smash out the first quarter of 2023. Coz something BIIIIIG is coming in early 2023. Just you wait.

2022 has been a wild year of training but our S30 homies know how to put on a show and boy oh boy did we love watching. Congratulations on all PB’s made, they were well earned.  

We had our final community event, BRAINS V BRAWN which brought WA’s SWEATFEST to a dramatic close and saw Perth Flagship homies Brock Marwick and Jack Coughlin take out the WA Grand Prize to Tiwi Islands. These two will be living it up in the coastal paradise in the coming months, congrats boys… bring us back a souvenir.

Our first SWEATFEST over on the eastern seaboard saw Browns Plains fam Bridget and James Coldstream take home the big swing in QLD — both homies have scored a weekend full of sunning themselves, cocktails and Instagrammable moments — peak rancho relaxo. Congrats fam, let the rest period begin.

The end of the year is upon us, fam – let’s see it out the only way we know how. A big ol’ bang bang.
