S30 is a fully immersive training experience, with tailored workouts to make you feel the best version of yourself. High BPM and good vibes are mandatory in this nightclub-style fitness studio. With custom workouts developed by experienced personal trainers, the 45-minute group weight sessions consist of 30 sets across 18 stations and are guaranteed to make you SWEAT!

BACK2BACK
B2B is an upper body based weights workout targeting chest, back and arms. Artist vs Artist is our tracklist and what a way to train your favourite upper body parts.

GET LOW
New wave rap beats help balance out the body at S30 on Wednesdays. We take things slow to ensure form is intact, targeting the correct muscle groups through A and B Block, then let the legs burn through the giant sets in C Block - Enjoy.

NO SCRUBS
No Scrubs rounds out the week with famous R’n’B vibes on a traditional Friday. This upper body workout can be considered as your party pump to get your body ready for the weekend with shoulder and arm pumps and ab-blasters to off-set those post-work bevies.

DRIP DRIP
Loads of volume and loads of metabolic conditioning in this hybrid class. Attacking a full-body workout through time-based weighted exercises, assault bike sprints, and max effort finishers. Don't worry, intense house/EDM will get you through.

4HUNNID
You asked, we listened. Our new 4-Hunnid class is a combination of all things we love about our weights days and Drip Drip classes. Grab your partner and be prepared to work. Don't worry, our curated Drum and Bass will keep you leveled up and motivated to get you through this class.

TERROR SQUAD
No Level up in groups of four and attack your block as a team, strategically work together to achieve the blocks rep count. Terror Swaud is designed to be a massive competitive sweaty mess with a alive DJ dropping beats to get you through.

BAD & BOOTY
With this exclusive sunday sesh, we target glutes, hamstrings, and all things booty. With a trashy playlist this class is a whole-lot-of-fun. Be sure to book in quick as this class is gone in 60 seconds.

LIL BADDIE
We split the body in half with LIL Baddie, with each block having its own focus, we can target lower body, upper body and abs in a 36 minutes mash-up.

SLOW JAMS & YOGA
Take a step back and unwind with our exclusive slow jams and yoga session, we turn the lights down, light up some candles and let our bodies unwind to our carefully curated slow jams mixtape.

See Me Roll’n
It’s important to work on our imbalances and mobility at S30 so we drummed up our own roll and release class. Following a careful rolling regime we can enable our bodies to recover efficiently and effectively to attack our S30 training in optimal style.
the tech
S30 has its own in-studio technology system, the workouts are streamed to our display units which control the S30 workout, timers, and music all from its centralised system. S30 has developed its new sound and vision integrated lighting system that will see the beats per minute (BPM) of the tunes match that of the lighting.

Challenges
The Studio Games is our internal, intense, fitness challenge, members compete in 3 workouts across 3 weekends, in pairs of the same gender. Each workout focuses on a different energy system all relating back to the S30 workout. The male and female winners face off against their rivaled S30 studios to see who is the fittest of the fittest S30 male and female par.
This 30-day challenge is designed to run for 30 days straight, we run this challenge mid-year targeting members that may be in that mid-year slump. We aim to flip that switch and pull it together to complete 30 days of intense workouts and re-setting those bad habits
