Welcome TO THE S30 EXPERIENCE

S30 is Australia’s most immersive group training experience – designed to get you moving, sweating, and feeling your best in every session. With high-energy music, low lighting, and no mirrors, it’s all about you and the work.

Our weekly schedule blends strength and conditioning in a progression-based program. You’ll experience slower, more focused weight training on three dedicated strength days each week – perfect for building muscle and improving technique. On conditioning days, the pace picks up with higher intensity sessions that challenge your engine and leave you feeling accomplished.

No matter your level, our expert coaches and unique weight-tempo-time method will guide you toward your goals – rep by rep, beat by beat.
