S30 is a fully immersive training experience, with tailored workouts to make you feel the best version of yourself. High BPM and good vibes are mandatory in this low lights, loud bass fitness studio. With custom workouts developed by experienced personal trainers, the 45-minute group weight sessions consist of 30 sets across 18 stations and are guaranteed to make you SWEAT!

THE WORKOUT

The S30 workout brings the world’s first progressive-based weights training in a group format. Comprising of big compound lifts, HYBRID cardio sessions, Olympic lifts, and tempo variations. S30 takes one step further by incorporating commercial-based machines into their workout which provides the ability for so much variation to the programming, every day is different whilst still targeting specific body parts. S30 is for everyone.

WEIGHT SESSIONS

Monday, Wenesday, Friday

Our signature strength-building sessions are split into Upper body, lower body and full body. Each muscle group and pattern is targeted strategically throughout each week to ensure progression in strength and building muscle.

CONDITIONING SESSIONS

Thursday + Saturday

The much-loved DRIP DRIP session each Thursday is a full-body, high intensity cardio/conditioning with EDM and techno beats. Expect barbell olympic lifts, EMOMs, bike sprints, box jumps and more.
Saturdays is BEST FRIENDS, a partner based session that is longer, more gruelling and a perfect way to start your weekend. Featuring a live DJ* and unmatched vibes.

HYBRID + HYROX

Tuesday + Sunday

Weights and cardio combined = best of both worlds. Expect a full body pump, big sweats and bigger tunes. Sundays are for RUN IT, a dedicated HYROX-style session that educates you on your race-specifics and running technique.

S30 sessions are built on the signature WEIGHT, TEMPO, TIME method. Heavy lifting on A Block, Tempo work on B Block, and high volume on C Block.
Training efficiently and with intention, S30's programming  ensures members of all ages and abilities will always walk out of a session feeling challenged, and notice and see proper results in their training.
