Train Your Way, this July with S30.

Train Your Way is the brainchild of S30’s very own Programming Lead, Jayden Foote, and is designed to give you the option to focus on one of two pathways, all while complimenting our already existing catalogue. Or, you can mix and match both? Por que no los dos 🤷🏻‍♂️

So, Train Your Way!? How are you gonna do that?

Look, it’s a little weird. Class-based weight and hybrid training but with a personal spin? Who does that? It’s never been seen before. Well, you know us, we’re always up to shake things up.

Train Your Way consists of two pathways, all with synergistic programming. Focus on ‘everything upper body’, or ‘everything lower body’. Make your choice, set your goals, work hard, and reap the benefits. And if you want to dabble between the two from week to week, you’re more than welcome. You do you boo, we support you.

We’ll be taking your weights days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), and swapping out your usuals for Train Your Way Volumes 1, 2 and 3, with ‘A Block’ featuring programming utilising your chosen pathway. All three volumes work together giving you a balanced training experience, week after week.

How does it work? Read on, amigo.

Taking your Monday and Wednesday weights days, Train Your Way rejigs your ‘A’ Block, which is where your personalisation takes place. On the screens you’ll see two pathways – one upper and one lower body – you make the choice, and off you go! Your Friday ‘A’ Block will always feature a complimentary workout with a set pathway for everyone to follow,  ensuring you’re really getting that full body blast.

Anyone can join the Train Your Way volume classes, but to get the most out of the program our coaches recommend training on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays — so a 3-Peat membership or above will do the trick.
